Electoral System

Nebraska got a very special voting system, because they just got a one chamber system. For the presidential vote here are 5 electors. Two of them are voted by the whole state and the other three are voted by the “Popular Vote” at congress constituencies in Nebraska. So elections aren't always unanimous. 2008 democrats got one elector.
Every elector can choose his candidate, so there can be different votes from the same state.
